Max Ballad

Max is a Legal Director in our pensions team.
He advises on all aspects of pensions law on behalf of trustees and employers of occupational pension schemes, including local authorities as well as SIPP and SSAS providers.

Danielle Hutchison

Danielle is a Solicitor in our family law team.
She advises a wide range of private individuals on all types of family law matters including finances on separation and divorce, child arrangementsand urgent protective orders.

Neil McBurney

Neil is a Consultant in our property team.
Neil is an experienced property lawyer with a strong background in non-contentious commercial property work and has carried out work for one of the UK’s largest multiple-retailers.

Ian is a Partner in our housing and communitiessector team.  
He is an experienced lawyer who takes a pragmatic approach enabling clients to resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Head of Pensions

Kim Jones

Kim leads our pensions team as Head of Pensions.
She specialises in advising trustees and employers in relation to all aspects of pensions law, including scheme mergers, wind-ups on a solvent and insolvent basis (including dealing with the Pension Protection Fund) and benefit design changes, including the closure of schemes to future accrual.

Graduate Solicitor Apprentice

Kieran King

Kieran is a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice in our housing and communities team.
He assists the team on issues relating to housing disrepair disputes and other matters, having gained experience in areas like legal drafting and case management.

Lindsey Knowles

Lindsey is a Legal Director in our employment and pensions team.
An experienced employment lawyer, Lindsey who handles issues such as changing terms and conditions, contract and policy drafting, claims in the Tribunals, disciplinaries, discrimination, bullying and harassment, dismissals and redundancy, HR advice, grievances, restructures and redundancy, restrictive covenant advice, settlement agreements, TUPE and whistleblowing.

Mark is a Partner and the head of our corporate team.
He supports clients across all areas of corporate law including share options, mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, venture capital, equity capital, collective investment schemes, investment structures, joint ventures and complex commercial arrangements.
